Thats probably because you are in open mode; you can check by typing accli -I in terminal and it should say "Current mode: open"

If so you need to delete the following 3 folders which would delete...

Now, "restoring" you mean Tweak Z = full restore ? If yes, I can think only about one thing, the refhashlist process somehow...

I really hope that the hostmode work will be fruitful. Hostmode was a pretty awsome feature with the N900, it would be a great addition to the N9 as well.
