It is cracked on the front, upper part, between the earpiece and the jack socket. This is the most visible, but there is a second one between the usb door and the jack socket.

today I have changed the battery of my white N9 and while popping out the screen, the case cracked in two places (cracks, not just scratches). Fortunately, it still holds together, but...

Yes the code works fine. However, folders icons have the four little icons inside them sticking out a little bit - not completelly inside. Anyway, I will mark the thread as solved.

Thanks for the idea! By doing what you suggested I have been able to apply a few tweaks by manually editing files.

I know that there is a tweak in N9Tweak that can resize the icons on the launcher grid so that you get, for instance, 5 icons in one row, instead of 4. Since not everybody might want to unisntall...

They look just like the screenshots allready posted above. The layouts are not new. I've just combined portrait layout from qwazix with landscape layout from Kallela.

Thanks to Kallela and qwazix for their great ideas.
I love qwazix's portrait layout but I also love Kallela's landscape layout, so I've combined the two. The new layout is attached.

Thanks all for your time.
Since i am not able to pull this off i'm thinking to do it old school: daemon runs in background, pings 8.8.8.8 at regular interval and, if network is up, sends some data...

Thanks, but still not working. I have tried to add:

auto wlan0
iface wlan0 inet dhcp
up /etc/network/if-up.d/50_connect_home


to /etc/network/interfaces

Also tried just...

I guess not since i can execute the script manually, as root, and the file gets modified.



Trying with /home/user/data, like sugested, has no effect either.
I think there is something more to...
