Re: Rename 'Folders' to currently selected account

Happy that it's working. Besides, it's not a bad suggestion, I would say. What do you think about posting a feature request on TJC ? I would like to hear the opinion of other people about this...

The email address for the accountid can be retrieved the same way with:

Re: OKBoard (etc.) just for armv7hl?

I tried to compile the engine and indeed it is stopping in the install phase. Looking at the spec (you can open it, it's a text file), it requires two language tar files that I don't have. Maybe you...

Re: OKBoard (etc.) just for armv7hl?

Some tips to compile any packages with a .spec file, directly in SDK (I don't know about QtCreator way, sorry):

Start the engine virtual box.
Connect into it with: ssh -p 2222 -i...

Re: Changing color gamma in the slider ? (qml edit).

Have you tried to play with the lightness value ? I guess a value of 0. should make all the range black, while a value of 1. will make the range white.

The saturation will make the colour be less...

Re: [Council] The 1st Maemo Developer Regatta - The starting line

Well, I'm contributing only to the Open Source parts, under LGPL and GPL like licences. No need to reverse engineer anything, all the code is with free software licences !

The low level email...

Re: [Council] The 1st Maemo Developer Regatta - The starting line

Hello,
Since the email handling in SailfishOS is open source and since some versions, the email client exposes its proprietary QML files for patching, I've decided to try to implement the GPG...

Re: Intex Aqua Ace

True, but it doesn't mean that it's not ready or even available. They have not delivered dual-sim support in the official images for the Jolla phone (which would have made no sense anyway).

But,...

Re: Help! Page.qml file needed

Maybe, you can try a pkcon install with the result of rpm -qf /usr/lib/blabla. blabla being your missing file. It should reinstall the package and thus the corrupted file.

Re: Sailfish 2.0.0 Saimaa

Hello Ancelad, I think it's a good idea to set the PDF max zoom value as a dconf configuration key. We should propose it upstream. They may accept it.

Indeed, in the patch to store page settings,...

Re: Sailfish 2.0.0 Saimaa

Yes, PDF can be zoomed (pinch to zoom), but currently, there is a hard coded limit on the zoom level, see /usr/lib/qt5/qml/Sailfish/Office/PDFView.qml, function clamp(). This limit is set to 2.5,...

To add some words to this Open Source discussion. I'm contributing to Sailfish-office and more recently to Nemomobile for the simple reason, that they are components that I use every day. The Jolla...

Re: What apps do you want to see on Sailfish? Part II

In the first thread, @marmistrz wondered if we can have a score keeper application like scoresheet. I found funny to try to implement this in QML only. After some days, the sources are on Github at...

Re: Maep ported to Sailfish, work in progress

I finally took time to bundle the blocked libraries and QML plugins inside the RPM and thus submitted earlier today Męp to Harbour. Hopefully, it will go in.

Besides, I've had to remove the Google...

Re: Maep ported to Sailfish, work in progress

I've implemented the tile overlay capability and tested it with OpenSeaMap. It's basically working but still requires some optimisations.

It will be in next version.

Re: Maep ported to Sailfish, work in progress

@shikantaza : you can flick between actions in the header. Move the « search location Męp » stuff to the left and the track management will appear, but you find it, good. Besides, Męp stores the last...

Re: Maep ported to Sailfish, work in progress

For previously asked questions about Męp (pinch to zoom, additional layers for ski, nautic navigation…), I didn't forget them and will try to do something about them in near future.

Re: Maep ported to Sailfish, work in progress

@Kaari
Yes, it's easy to add tile sources. I've just made a try for OpenSeaMap, and it's basically working. Except that OpenSeaMap is an overlay tile source to be displayed on top of another tile...
