Re: [Announce] Bulgarian localization for Maemo5 Fremantle

Hi, Zmahar,
indeed initially I used to package the .deb file myself, but later much of these localization projects were united under one in transifex and the packages started to be build/updated...

Re: [Announce] QtLockscreen: highly configurable lockscreen replacement

Exclamation Re: [Announce] QtLockscreen: highly configurable lockscreen replacement

I think I found a small bug with this otherwise quite polished app.
The size of the Date rectangle seems to be static and most probably it's size is determined during start up according to the...

Hi,
I've just installed the latest version and could not miss the fact that now the default system fonts are changed. While this may not be such a bad idea, please bare in mind that you need to make...

Lightbulb Re: [Announce] Erminig-NG: two-way synchronization Google Calendar <-> Fremantle Calendar

To quote myself and answer my question - I've created a small blog post (http://troshlyak.wordpress.com/2010/05/28/n900-erminig-and-google-calendar-the-battle-for-the-battery/) about how I was able...

Re: Maemo 5 PR1.2 released: OTA in UK - May 25, flasher - May 25, OTA & NSU worldwide - May 26

Actually this is not a bug - this is a feature, as having access to the phone data while off is considered a security breach. Personally I think that it is better that way.

Re: [Announce] Erminig-NG: two-way synchronization Google Calendar <-> Fremantle Calendar

Hmmm, I think I'll start waiting for that release instead of the hopeless PR1.2 :)

And as a comment - have you ever considered implementing an auto-connect/disconnect feature? This most probably...

UPDATE 2010-05-10
As everybody seems to wait already for the latest and greatest update for N900 - the mysterious PR1.2 firmware release, I've decided to finally get prepared for that. Kudos again...

the CPU gets warmer
the battery get warmer

Re: Overclock the N900?

Can someone post video with OC N900 experience?

For me - I don't see *any big* difference between 600 and 800/900Mhz in terms of general GUI performance. I suspect that either my device is too...

Re: Overclock the N900?

Ups, I was not reffering to us as kids :o I was stressing on the fact that *even* when you talk to a kid you should point out valid reasons (besides the ones we already know - like the warranty ).

Re: Overclock the N900?

And for that reason if they are really concerned about the whole do-not-overclock-or-your-warranty-is-void issue, they should share at least some facts from that data. Like it was said - we are...

Re: [Announce] Hungarian localization for Maemo 5

I also think that it is better the localizations to be included in the respective third party package. Of course it would be better if there was a way to auto search and install localization packages...
