I wonder if it would be possible to make GTK run on display flinger or possibly GTK apps could have their user interfaces re-written in QT. I know transmission has a qt version and the user interface...

Well they said this can be run on any Android device. The OS can use the same kernel as Android. To my knowledge Jolla/Meego/Maemo/Moblix can't do that. This is far more useful than other linux oses...

I said macro level for a reason. Some individual code bases might be different however this is how the projects evolved from a project perspective no code perspective.

OK so I took apart the Magic Pen for the HTC Flyer to see what is inside. To see what creates the magic of the magic pen. The pen is made by N-Trig and it is a very simple piece of circuitry...

all maemo really needs is a keyboard on screen or otherwise. The truth is that very devices have hardware keyboards unless they feature phones that don't have any real processing power.

Also the Kobo Vox is a Full Android device just lacks google ecosystem and the Andypad Pro.
