I agree; call me old school, but I prefer email for work-related correspondence. Nevertheless, the fact remains that among my network of peers, Whatsapp has become the default communication platform.

I've noticed this too, but only with individual conversations. If the sender is part of a group, their messages come through fine.

Yes, I did attach back the old screen, felt the vibration and heard the startup tune. That's why I'm completely puzzled why when I attach the new screen I get none of the above. Just the notification...

Are you running the nightly version of Wazapp? Because that's what happens when it can't find a connection - it goes beserk. It's annoying, but unless I'm mistaken there's no solution for it.

Which version of Wazapp are you using? The latest nightly from Coderus fixes the registration problem.
