i believe maemo 5 will support portrait. the new keyboard layout introduced in pr1.2 is redesigned for future enhancements, thus it will welcome portrait mode keyboard just like in Opera.

I was able to try MeeGo 1.90.03 raw on my N900 that is released on Sept 21, just yesterday. This is the chance I was able to play Music on MeeGo, and SMS and Phone, but there are no GSM signals yet.

Won't there be a black variant for Extra Coffee? Something called like Brewed Coffee.. :P

Just like others themes I also prefer, it won't look bad if you would get some ideas like the floating...

For me, I prefer Pleego with darker shades like this. The preinstalled Digital Nature theme of N900 keeps me from using Pleego because Black and Orange shades with not-so-shiny effects make it a bit...

Whew.. This also happened to me using the instructions here (using Ubuntu) and in using Linux Mint for wiki.nitdroid.

I make it sure I was able to copy the rootfs to the 2nd partition, and copied...

Even though I prefer formal looks on my phone, this FAPMAN design, with those funky icons, makes it not boring to look at.

And more importantly, it's fast enough that makes me choose several apps...

Could you make a smaller version of this?

I find VertSMS buttons a bit big, which makes farther buttons harder to reach with right thumb. But yours look promising too. Just my opinion.
