synchronise to second agenda from GMAIL local calander

Hello,

I want to synchronise to second agenda from GMAIL with my local n900 calendar. Or synchronise a .ics URL with my local n900 calendar.

Can anyone help me?
I want a free solution no paid...

I want to synchronize my Hotmail agenda with my local n900 agenda. Here for I tried to configure Mail for Exchange but it can't connect to de server. It gives no response....
