Happy to hear it worked for you. For me, removing the package got my right back to where I started: no possibility to make outgoing video calls... reinstalled the package, and now I can make...

yep, rebooted a few times. I also tried uninstalling Gtalk and reinstalling. Still no incoming video, but outgoing is all good... I guess that's it for me for tonight. Thanks for your help!

Indeed you do. Also, while I am now able to initiate and receive Gtalk video calls, I now get no video in either direction... I only installed gstreamer and liboil to make this "work"...

For those of us trying to make calls, the hangouts do not work, but you can still make "regular" video chat calls. Just start a chat and use the drop down box on the top right to start a video chat....

I flashed the phone and reinstalled, and it worked fine. I think the issue arose when I had to stop a transfer with Nokia link. I did not pull out the phone or anything, I just hit stop. I suspect...

So I added some of the paths, just as a test. Nokia link sees these videos on my computer (only the ones added to the tracker) but the phone still does not see a thing. Unbelievable.

PR 1.3 indeed. I flashed the uk/Ireland version of the firmware onto my phone which happens to be a Vietnam variant without the update available for now.
