too many reboots

Hi,
a week ago my N9 suddenly stoppt working.
The only thing I could do is switching it off. Afterwards it startet again, stopped and startet again and again... After many attempts a notice...

Hey, cool that there is a way to bypass nokia account.
I'd like to use my Handy to navigate. Last week my N8 was stolen and I bought a N9. So I got this problem you have solved.
But I have no idea...
