No, you didn't. Now it's very clear to me. It sounds to me that the blue boarders does everything more complex and this is not the best way to show what your great tool is able to do!

Isn't it easier just to check if any rule is marked and in case not, mark the "Default rule" to blue?

I have still one question, why is the Default rule marked as activated in case another rule is active - does it make sense? IMO it should only be marked in case no other...

I will do. My default mobile setting is Power Saving (PS) ON. In this case it is not possible that the device connecting to WLAN automatically.
