I find a way to make the changes permanent. It is possible to change the user css file in opera mobile.
In opera go to the site opera:config. Now in search enter "css" and go down to local css...

This is strange. You should be able to build depots and stations from the beginning.

openttd seems to have some problems with their severs. You have to wait until they are working again.
