Damn, yeah strong upvote to getting over on xda-dev, they are doing some nice stuff over there... check out this video on what the Note can do, and there is a tutorial on how to setup the 3d menus...

Day 1, Full Charge AM, ear buds plugged into the phone & playing music all day on random, running wifi/gps and...

Note sure if the SGSII has different icons, but on the Note we have a "Task Manager" with a pie chart icon, goes right into TM, I almost want to ditch the Advanced Task Killer, the TM on 2.3.6 seems...

Makes sense but I had my primary list of contacts on my N900, never set it up on any machine. So with moving over to a new system I should just have folks setup somewhere.

Beautiful news, using the BH-214 as well, and this is one quirk about the N900 that I hope is resolved on these newer phones like the note... are they using a wifi and separate BT antenna? Always...

Good to hear, I'm a big guy with amble hand space so the Note looks damn perfect for me, glad the only big issue is the mono speaker...mostly since i'll just be using my bluetooth headset :)

If the Galaxy Note had this setup in the 5.3" or so size, I'd buy it regardless of the price. Still think I plan to go with the Note, just need to see a USA release. I like 'em big......

Agreed the removable storage may be a deal-breaker for some on the Nexus, and if ICS is a key, the rumored 'update' from Samsung won't be until Q2 2012 it seems.
I keep swinging back to look at...
