I have to restart Android Support ~ every 30min to receive Signal messages. Writing does work all the time (Without the second checkmark being checked).

Does anybody else have that problem?

Could you post an up to date APK or a description how you built it (really a log of your terminal (https://askubuntu.com/a/161946) would do fine)?
