Instructions (tablet version needs fixing, resolution is too high... so it won't work, but... I just came from post office with my brand new Jolla tablet so I may have a look at it that I have now...

In addition to the raster pattern there's also another problem. Tesseract OCR requires that the fonts are taught to it beforehand. That font in the attached image is pretty different from the fonts...
