If you look at the commit times of RockWork you'll notice that all of them are late night, mostly weekends. RockWork is really a spare time project. That said, how did this become about competition?...

me too. Yappari is perfect. I prefer BlackBerry 10 version over Android because of its integration with Hub. and thanks Ceene for all the hard work and keeping Yappari alive.

mmm, I made this a while ago, I put some network read function in a separated thread (so the gui doesn't freeze when there is some connection problem) and validated the socket connection if is valid...

I agree with Estel's suggestion. camera-ui2 is buggy as hell, and no one seems to maintain it. I've experienced a very infuriating bug [1]. Imagine yourself on an abroad trip with each <3;20> photo...
