dont call nokia care there useless and you will end up going in circles. Call 08450455555 and ask for a replacement they are...

Personaly i dont want it to support full portrait. Nokia for whatever reason dident implament it in the first place, perhaps it will change the way people use there devices or perhaps from testing...
