I don't think the Touch will handle all of your requests. It is a closed system, on a smaller resolution screen. Music & Video playback should be superior, because of smaller resolution it doesn't...

But, Nokia says to backup and when you start the device up, after the flash, it asks to restore your settings :(
Didn't they test this? What are the adverse effects?

In my garage, yes. Anywhere else it'll likely get stolen.
But, what I mainly meant is that when you fly somewhere you take the GPS with you, as that's where it is needed it the most.
