I just tried sending an picture through mail (was about 1MB), I was in a place with sketchy 3G. It took forever to send the mail.
Also for web browsing... don't you feel the diff?

Sometime back I had an argument with a guy who wrote raving reviews about the HTC Hero (GSM version) in US. I told him it's worthless here because of no compatible 3G freq in US. But he then argued...

Here is mine... I really like the Facebook widget but it drains battery in real time... with that widget on I get about 1/5 day on a full charge... without that I manage about a day.

You can use Nuevasync (nuevasync.com). It syncs contacts, Calendar with Google and email with any email provider with IMAP.
Nuevasync acts as an Exchange sever so you have to configure it as such....

I was syncing contacts using Nuevasync also and thought that was the issue. But it looks like if you log out and log back into the IM, your contacts will be un-merged.
I'm trying to verify this...

I didn't have a Nokia messaging account. It still showed up in my N900.. I chose it and put in my Gmail account.. everything went on fine... It automatically created an account in email.nokia.com.
