Ah, so it still requires taking apart your device. I thought people were making nice case alternatives kind of like the 820! if i can slip a wireless charging case over my n9, i would in a heartbeat!

the "only" thing i wish the n9 had from the 920 was the wireless charging. otherwise i dont think the luma 920 is all that grand.

also maybe cause im a girl with smaller hands, but all these new...

Has anyone noticed that once you set an avatar to a contact via one of your services (skype, gtalk, facebook, etc.) it doesn't update even when the person updates their photo?

Just downloaded the gtalk video and it works like a charm :D

really do wish there was skype video as well. wasnt the n900 like this too? gtalk video first... then finally skype?

overall maps and drive work fine for me in san francisco. HOWEVER i did notice a consistent crash on drive IF i had "landmarks" checked on in the settings. i was able to reciprocate the crashing...

apt-get remove pyradio
downloaded the maemo repository pyradio
dpkg -i pyradio_4.4_all.deb
/opt/pyRadio/pyRadio.py

launched it and it seems no different than the one i ran before, looks...

installing dbus worked, and i can launch the app, but i can't seem to get it working? i can login, and it acknowledges my stations, well I think it does since I see the alphabetically first station,...

I have a very well kept n900 that does not have telephony functions :( otherwise everything else is still in great condition. i can provide photos as well.

If you have it on dual it probably sucks even more battery trying to locate either signal. but I usually keep mine on GSM only for background related...

yup, this is what i told chiron to try as I found that method working for me as well. seems to be the only way to download additional voices (here in the US that is).

for those of you in the states and have tmobile, I walked into the store yesterday, asked if they have micro-sims and the guy gave me one for free. so doesn't hurt trying to walk into a store first...
