The problem is not the nal_mode, the problem is the lack of SPS/PPS, you probably can remove the call to h264venc_strip_sps_pps_header() and it will work the same as nal_mode=0. But that's not...

Nope, its 0 in maemo6 as well: tidsp/td_h264enc.c. But tidsp/td_hdh264enc.c is a completely different algorithm.

It's fixed! I found a hacky solution that din't involve that much work.

I'm pushing telepathy-msn-pecan 0.1.2 right now, which contains other fixes as well.

Yeah, I'm the main developer of msn-pecan. There seems to be something broken on MSN servers, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

If not, I'll need to make some pretty big changes in msn-pecan.
