Re: N900 overclock tests/results and new versions

One word of warning to those experiencing instability: if you are triggering writes to the internal OneNAND memory (the one where most of the system files live), you are better off with reflashing...

Re: Big announcement coming soon from T-Mobile ; Project Black to shake things up?

Re: New port : TiEmu 2 (Screen rotation or real keyboard requiered)

I guess it's gonna be my really-really-really-part time project to scale the skin (yes, full screen would...

Re: New port : TiEmu 2 (Screen rotation or real keyboard requiered)

For those who are interested: i was not able to install this from the repositories on N900 but downloading all the packages locally and using dpkg did the trick.

The voyager doesn't seem to work,...

Re: Wishes/Requests for Maemo Summit 2009 venue

Re: TV Out

Now I can finally say that i've been doing it for months and it rocks.
You can have all the data you need in your pocket _and_ show it to others whenever it's needed.

Of course the cable is...

Re: Maemo 6 to get multitouch& gestures with Qt 4.6

But if the price to pay is to give up stylus and resolution, i'm not sure I'm ready for it.

Re: Maemo 6 to get multitouch& gestures with Qt 4.6

I really fail to understand what's so cool about multitouch

ok, maybe in the future we'll have it, then what?

capacitive multitouch has lower resolution than resistive and anyway the screen is...

Re: Concept: battery widget

The sad truth is that the power consumption varies so much depending on the use case that it's not really reasonable (imho) to give any estimate about residual use time.

What can be given -...

Re: How to start programming?

One thing that should not be forgotten is that with Xterm running on the NIT, the experience can be quite similar to using a PC, so I think that even doing it the old way, taking the K&R "C...

Re: Where is Nokia - no announcement no product - still in hibernation

I would recommend you to follow the discussion on the linux-pm mailing list about this subject.

Android folks are coming up with similar arguments but so far have had little success.

Re: Where is Nokia - no announcement no product - still in hibernation

But i do keep mine...

Re: Where is Nokia - no announcement no product - still in hibernation
