I didn't try what Pali pushed yesterday so dunno if it even boots. He was very busy lately, so we somehow "split" and I was working on my own trees.

Indeed quite slow... However, I remember that in the past I've hit an issue that some GLES code was much much slower due to some messup with window compositing... I cannot give you any direct links...

I also have the same issue with the charging LED in my build. It definitely does charge and also the kernel seems to know when it's fully charged so it's unlikely that there's a risk overcharging...
