yea simple just extract the tar, you will find two folder one is omap1 and one is for power kernel , just copy psfreedom.ko replace in /opt/psfreedom/modules/omap1 or power kernel, depends on you....

this is pl3 file latest modules from kakarote which does not work for games require firmware version above 3.41.

we need hermes v4 for N900 tho :D now they have v4b already....there is no way we can play game above 3.41 without hermes v4

was it your ripped game ? or downloaded it online ? if it was online then maybe it was bad game, or an old backup game, if you dont mind ,format the HDD, start over again. jailbreak, install latest...

you dont need to insert cd with hermes v3, start the game in app_home/PS3GAMES, and with patched on , i dont think you will notice anything except on the screen say on and off.
