Yes, it is.
The whole infos are a little bit messed about some threads.
It tooks hours for me to find out why OC didn't works on Maemo after installing NITDroid and how to OC on Android.

The point isn't to get hands on smokus work, the point that he take off his code from github looks like a statement to the maemo comunity.
I don't believe that this reaction hit Nokia or whatever...

1150 MHz runs fine and stable for me to run emulators since months.
But unfortunatly i can't see the benefit of speed against the old psx4all.
It feels slightly slower, even with working cycle...

Oh, than you should have a look if there are the same bugs inside.:)
- The PSX4Driod port didn't support the L2/R2 Buttons.
- Tony Hawk 2 has problems with textures.
- There is the same graphic...

For testing Smoku's uae4all, you can start games on comandline with :
/usr/games/uae4all -df0 path_to-game/game.adf
KICK.ROM must be in MyDocs or loaded with option

You can see the discanimation if you load only kick.rom. :)
btw here is a screenshoot from Arnims version with loaded kickstart 3.1 and the virtual keyboard of uae4ll.

Yes, hardware keys are allways better.
But specialkeys as virtual keypad are better (faster) to handle.
Accelerometer is only funny, if you play on an extern monitor.

On most homecomputers, you have only an joystick with one button.
So if you will go forward and jump, we need diagonal buttonmapping too.
Is it possible on Maemo to design a virtual keyboard like...

I've tested Arnims binary of a psx4all version.
In it you can make basic movements in the menues.
Mousemovements in games were supported.

Later models, like the 500+ had even compatiblity problems with most games. So you even had to install an kickstart-switchboard from 2.04 to the most compatible 1.3, if you want to run all games.

As expected, the e-uae version runns a little bit better for me. :)
But even OC @ 1000mhz, sound mono and high frameskip, sound is stuttering and graphic is slow. :(
Tested Xenon 2. Same as...
