Letting out the bar menu options "new" directly running the application. This would replace the "Notes" N900. It is very slow to first ask you to open the file....

Add the option to display the keyboard using a gesture, for example from the proximity sensor to start the gesture would facilitate use in applications that use the keyboard but do not have a text...
