Actually, the white and green goes to J5301 and J5300, respectively
i just routed the wires that way so i wont have any clearance problems when ive got it buttoned up. and, no, i didnt...

first time poster here, and a noob at that,
well, my N900 suffered a different fate with practically the same result. i used my N900 daily at work in the M.E. and the battery doesnt last...
