Re: Documents To Go Premium Trial on Ovi store

I tried to install this now, but when HAM tries to install it, it will say "Unable to install". Is this working for someone? Any workarounds?

Re: What's your N900 uptime?

I don't know how you guys do it, my N900 starts getting sluggish around 5 days of uptime. It just gets to a point that I quickly reboot it to have it up and responsive again.

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

@pyykkhe it works for me, although I didn't update it. It might need a new build against Qt 4.7, not sure.

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

@benny1967 You are right, should I change the directions, I just noticed it too and thinking about it, they might be more logical the other way around.

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

@cipper good idea, although it is already possible to move around by gestures. Try left-to-right and right-to-left for going pages backward and upward. Also up-to-down and down-to-up to change the...

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

@thp Yes I do, thank you very much.

I also have this weird bug that the settings file is not read for some reason and that is blocking the development quite badly. I don't know why it does that....

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

@kolos Yeah it seems that the config file is not being read for some reason. It was working for me during debugging, but now that I installed it properly I have the same problem. I need to take a...

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

Ok, I think I have at least somewhat working version for those waiting for this. I don't know how to generate the needed files with Nokia Qt SDK to upload this to extras-devel, but I got the deb...

Re: Dexter - Text-TV Reader

Just a quick update: I updated my Nokia Qt SDK with the latest and the on-device debugging seems to work now, although it's a little bit slow (at least over wlan, haven't tried with USB yet). I was...

Re: Calendar Home Widget replacement

I also think that having tasks in the same widget would be very nice. However, I don't think the checkbox thing is useful (so small) and necessary. Just my opinion. Keep up the good work!

Re: Ovi Store - Instinctiv

I don't think having data on by default is a problem, at least not like the MyNokia was. People are not required to install the app. Having an option to turn it off is enough.

Re: Ovi Store - Instinctiv

This app is really looking promising, thanks for making it Peter.

About making a poll of features wanted - isn't that what Brainstorm here is for? Maybe we could use that.

I am working on this, but due to extensive changes in architecture of the app, it has been taking long. I'm hopeful that I can get it done this week.

2) Double tapping to zoom on browser is not working as well as it used to. For example, talk.maemo.org and other forums...
