I've tried everything!
but at last some rather boring way solved my problem !
I copied my music which was around 5GB, little by little and then updated my library! and it completely solved it

You're right but the thing is that like any other app it would come integrated to the default system first and then via few updates it can be improved with support of any other app like flow player...

As have seen in Unrestricted System UI by MohammadAG, There is no limitation for doing things and adding useful stuff on the status bar.

It actually might look great. Some people may like to have it on their devices for more speed and some may not. But in my opinion it would be a great opportunity to have that in terms of usability...
