Error at 46% firmware update

Each time i'll try to update the new rom, the update process stops at 46-47% > 'cannot write??'

I'll tried it several times on 2 different computer but no luck.

when i want to start the vncviewer.bin with xterm i get 'PERMISSION DENIED'?

This is what i do :

starting xterm

cd media/mmc1/

./vncviewer.bin myhost:192.168.1.109 -passwd=zxc
