Hmmm... I didn't seem to have a problem, I recently wiped and reinstalled EPROM-Vanilla and the PR1.3 Kernel, and the install went fine.

My user group in NJ hasn't had issues and they did an OTA...

That was purposeful, since it's a custom interface (not hildon-esq) I try to hide a lot of the options to not over-populate the screen real estate.

Development is still active, though there was a 4 Week pause, since I shattered my screen. I'll post what I've been working on soon. (user-generated custom filter sets, convolution and color matrix)...

The bootloaders can be removed through Application Manager.
But, I just ran an apt-get remove bootloader*

I also cleaned my /etc/bootloader.d/ directory.
Though, I would ask in the NITDroid Help...
