Now that the campaign was successful and now soon over; I hope that they start to communicate their trials and triumphs.

Me too... please bear with me...

As a long time ITT/TMO person, I'll be completely honest - and this is only opinion. I thought for once, a big enough company - at that time the biggest in...

Re: Purism Librem Phone

To my rather under-educated eye, what I read is: no OS will be optimized for this endeavor.

I get that software isn't their thing; however you'd hope that somebody would reverse this current state...

Re: Purism Librem Phone

Continuing my questions merely out of curiosity; do you think since they chose such a middle to low tier processor that they would optimize the UI and OS to be less bloated?

It would be to their...

Re: Purism Librem Phone

I have not one clue what Lunduke Show, Linux Gamer, PlanetKDE or PlanetGnome were until you listed them out.

Not saying I'm the majority (I'm not) but it's pretty safe to say that the problem then...

Re: What's the best Handheld gnu/linux machine for 2017?

No, I haven't forgotten that. I think what needs to be noted is that I was gracious enough to say "not for me" basically.

For instance. The people in this forum want smaller phones. Great for...

Re: What's the best Handheld gnu/linux machine for 2017?

Nice to know. But this is a very limited experience. Not one that covers 1/10th of what I require.
