yes it does (for me at least), you have to cut a little piece from upper rubber in the middle to prevent it from pressing the power button when squeezing the holder grip.

i bought my n900 like 2 weeks ago, and despite the fact that Nokia ceased to support the device and the OS haven't changed my mind of getting it, because this wonderful community exist the n900 will...
