I have the same problem on my n900 but i have the nokia-system repo enabled.

this output worries me. dummy package???
Nokia-N900-02-8:~# apt-cache search libgles1

I found the solution!
It's quite simple... We got an error because we installed the 64 bits...

Before I could turn of the power it changed the File manager path name from 'Nokia N900/' to...
