Dean, I reckon 18-24 months is a fair guess but I don't think it was by design. I think the build quality of the phone is just so bad 18-24 months is the most you could expect from it...

Are you in the UK mate? Did you only send it back with the USB problem? Maybe the few extra problems mine had may convince them to replace it rather than repair...

It's the worst phone I've ever had. There's not a single positive thing to say about it.

Build quality = Crap
Camera = Crap
OS = Crap
Support = Crap

That's strange because I noticed the 9.4 >> 9.0 issue today when looking at a webpage. It said I couldn't use the page due to the plug in version. I'm sure that never happened before...

Can anyone tell me if the new entries in my application manager are due to me flashing the device rather than using the OTA update?

I've got a rather unsightly list of packages in app...
