very strange! only other thing I can think if is to try sending using "small" size incase issue with image size! also make sure you enter some text in the body of the message

have you tried entering the number in international format, i.e. +447123456789?
else do you know if your OH is able to receive MMS from other ppl?

have you done like this:
1) Click share
2) Click Share via Service
3) Click Account (at the bottom)
4) Click MMS
If MMS is not there in step 4, at that point;
a) Click New
b) Scroll down...

o2 don't block things like this...I'v done previous updates like that and all good! (as long as you are on contract as pay as you go has a 500mb per month usage limit)
