The Archos 605 has the same 800x480 display resolution as the Nokia tablets. I was considering an Archos 605 WiFi for internet browsing until I found a website selling the 770 for $129.

I agree that the thumbpad belongs on the front, not on the keypad. I use the thumbpad and function keys when I browse with my 770 and rarely need to use the stylus. I think it's ridiculous to deploy...

The settings in Media Converter that don't specify FPS won't work for me. Maybe this is happening to you???
