I've been using my N810 on Clear for about a year. It was previously set up for XOHM, and I tried everything I could to get it to find Clear. What I finally had to do was re-install it from scratch...

I never have a problem with 3G vs. 3.5G with T-Mobile in the US. It's always worked for me.

BTW both 3.5G (HSPA) and 3G (UMTS) are the same technology. There are some speed and latency...

Mine was preset for XOHM and would not see Clear until I flashed it with the most up-to-date N810 build. After that, it was fine and I could connect to clear, but the built-in MicroB browser didn't...
