Silly impulse purchase? Neither actually. I'm already looking forward to the iPad 2 but if you keep waiting for the superior product you'll never end up buying anything, be it a car, tv or microwave.

It's not a 'necessary device' but neither is a sports car or a remote control for your tv.

Why I bought an iPad
I've always been a fan and owner of Nokias since the early days from the most basic to recently the n95, n85 and now the n900.
My n900 is now gathering dust till I sell it for probably a £350 loss...

Why do you need to know this information?
I would guess that you would be allocated an address owned by the operator you'd roamed to, as it would probably be very difficult to do otherwise.

Mine's great too, battery performance using Wifi is much improved. Lots of apps installed, the only minor issue is the calendar widget not showing upcomng events - but I can live with that.
