Is there a way to connect the N800 to an external monitor? I have an iMac G5 with a dead motherboard, but the LCD is fine. I had this idea of removing the LCD, connecting it to my old N800 and making...

Write failed with update

I was trying to update to OS2008 but I got a "write failed, please check the USB cable" message while updating. Now my tablet is also stuck in the dreaded infinite reboot loop.

Is it possibly...

It's charging now... I plan on immediately upgrading to OS2008 when it's fully charged.

I had the wizard open, but didn't go past the first screen (where it tells you to connect the tablet and turn it on in USB mode).

The light does not blink, and I left it plugged into the charger...

I got an N800 today from ebay. I turned it on to check the battery level, which was fully charged according to the indicator. I played with it awhile, then went to the computer to update to OS2008....
