Just a general note, when initiating a call from a PC, use the option in "More options" to start a video call instead of the video camera icon that initiates a hangout session...

Unfortunately it's true. I even had to disassemble it, remove the battery, charge externally, and put it back on to recover my data through wifi.

Guys... Jakarta center/zoom bug was fixed like 3 versions ago. All you had to do was zoom out anyways. :(
