I found the issue!!
The phone doesn't shutdown, but the screen does! So isn't a motherboard issue, I'll try replacing the screen with another one :)

I already tried every software combination:
- restore an old backup
- format eMMC
- format eMMC and rootfs, and install nothing
- format eMMC and rootfs, and...

Tried a new battery with no luck :(
I tried re-flashing it too without install anything but yet the phone shutdown when I'm not using it.
Any help is really appreciated, but I guess is an...

[Solved] N900 shutdown when not in use
hi all,
since some day my N900 shutdown when isn't in use. Note, that this doesn't happen when some application is running (e.g. conky), but happens when the Phone or the Conversation windows are...
