Re: n810 lock code - help!
Not to bring back a dead thread or anything, but I could use some help please.
I moved last weekend and while packing I found my old N810 WiMax tablet. I charged it up and found that I added a...

Re: Guess when PR1.2 is released
Well, maybe we can see what 1.2 will have, it looks like the Fremantle 1.2 repository is up. http://repository.maemo.org/extras/pool/fremantle-1.2/

Maemo 6 Device on T-Mobile 3G?
I know that carriers/frequencies on the next Maemo device is something that is far from being determined at this point. However, since there are Nokia employees on this forum, I'd like to throw in...

Re: Mail for Exchange (MfE). Blame me here, pls
Fantastic, I'll look into that. But to be honest, just using screen scrapping would be fine (though crazy), I just need to see messages and events. I don't much care how elegant it is, as long as...

Re: Mail for Exchange (MfE). Blame me here, pls
Ya know, I wonder how much thought Nokia put into the decision to scrap support for provisioning. Nevermind the babble about how much extra work is needed in the OS to support provisioning- I'm a...

Re: Corporate mail for exchange not syncing
I asked my IT Dept if they'd turn off the requirement for Provisioning. And of course the answer was "No". So no Exchange for me. Hopefully the promised MfE update will include provisioning...

Re: Maemo 6 / Harmattan on N900?
Doubtful. Save for a minor update or two, Nokia will forget about the N900 users and focus only on Maemo 6, which most likely won't work on the N900. Its the same stupid story with the prior...

Re: Corporate mail for exchange not syncing
Something stupid by I had some Exchange issues with MfE on my N97 (or maybe it was on my Android G1, I can't recall) when my company upgraded from Exchange 2003 to 2007. I had to change my user from...

Re: Explain the filesystem to me please?
Who's the ***** who decided that the world's capacities should be in Base 10, when the world of bits N bytes is ruled in Base 2?
In this case, Nokia is no worse than Apple for fooling people into...

Re: Mail for Exchange (MfE). Blame me here, pls
How did this half-assed implementation get past any quality controls? Do the Maemo folks have any quality control? This makes me rethink the N900, I'm glad I've been holding off on buying one.
