In my opinion, N900 is one of the best phones ever made!
HW keyboard made it a great and easy to use.

I have the same thing.
After I have used Carman, battery drains quite fast (locked cpu eating all power?)
I don't use GPS for now, because after Carman use had to reboot my N900 to lose GPS locking.

Tried software in car earlier. N900 found my OBD2 BT dongle and while engine running showed me correct values :)
Internal GPS not working as Carman doesn't find it (or something).

I installed carman with apt-get.
Program starts, but says that there's no plugins.
Only exit -button works.

I noticed that for some old Nokia chargers (using adapter to N900) my N900 indicates charging, but actually it is not.
Trying another charger helped though.

Desided to use Catorize instead after reflash.
It's something called "infinite reboot loop" ... or something.
Quite annoying actually when that happens....
