You can google it, when you install your pr1.2 built pkg, there will be an error tell you what's wrong, just google the pkg name what you are wrong. I've ever find an pr1.1.1 mirror, you manually...

Indeed Google Android NDK is weak and ugly, for example it's C++ support is VERY weak, NDK is hyped native C/C++ library support, NOT UI support, this will let most of us very disappointed. :(
