I flashed my Thailand phone (SEAP/005) with PR1.1 /001 last year and did OTA upgrade to PR1.2 just now. Under "manage maps" I can find only Europe...

Exactly this helped in my case as well. The "update interrupted" at 0% does not appear any more, updating at 27% now.

Is there any way to set the SIP codec preferences on the N9? Maybe in a config file?
