First I open my .psd in photoshop. Then ctrl+n and make a 332x146px empty box. Drag the photo i want to use onto the 332x146 box. scale it to fit the box. Then I copy a small and a big part of the 4...

Ayes I saw that. The .zip file should contain a .psd file so you can edit the image in Photoshop.
