Sometimes you can redesign a web page by forcing the loading of your own CSS; it depends how the page is designed. (CSS instead of tables or Flash)

Re: Media Center Remote Control (WiFi)

I use VNC to a Windows XP box. It's clumsy.

I play a lot of DivX and XviD videos with a dual-output Nvidia 6800 video card, and I'm not sure a Linux distro could handle the video drivers, dual...

Re: Kde on n800?

What are the tangible benefits for using KDE or RoxBox or other alternatives to the Hildon interface?

Is it primarily so you can run non-Hildonized apps?

I had a Zaurus at one time, and I...

Re: How many radios do you have?

It's all about marketing and cost. Even if an AM/FM radio could have been included in the 770 and 800 for $1 more per device, that might be more than the cost-analysis guys would allow.

Adding...

Re: VNC Viewer v0.6 released

For some reason, version 0.3 stopped working for me, but upgrading to 0.6 fixed my problem. Thanks for keeping this updated.

That's pretty narrow-minded. I don't use my 770 for casual web browsing. I do use it for many other things, though. I prefer my 21" monitor; it's a lot easier on these old eyes.
