Now it is working - and PERFECT !!!!

What I did was simply not to use the LAST downloadable image of OS2007HE - used the previous one instead.
Then repeated the formula except for the fact that I was no longer able to find BECOMEROOT....

Well, I discovered what whas wrong with the xterm cp command. Managed to copy skypehost to /usr/bin.
Still get the error message and have the other doubts mentioned in my firs post.
