The activation number is used by Yappari to complete registration with the whatsapp server. You should not need to do anything with this number. Since you can't find the number I guess Yappari saw...

I use opera as the default browser and I have found that viewing images from Yappari is fast enough. It takes about 5 seconds for opera to load first time, and it is faster if it has been used...
